The professionalization of dealers and floor-persons in the project Poker Social Enterprise

We conclude the theme of organizational design in the information-automation Era with the final description of the organizational asset of the Poker Social Enterprise project.

Press Office Manager

The strategic asset of All In Channel E.&C. offers the opportunity to have journalistic services of the highest professionalism. The main function of the press office manager (POM) is the press office. He will be in charge of drafting and sending press releases to all stakeholders and organizing journalistic productions in relation to the editorial plan. For the realization of the contents he will be able to constitute a team of job, recruiting organizational units from the HRM that have shown interest to supply support to the editorial activities. Thanks to the Poker Social Enterprise project, it will be possible to start a high level professional training course for the career of professional sports journalist or publicist.

Digital Marketing Team

The digital marketing team is an absolute prerogative of the PM. It can be considered the cockpit that, through the communication plan, guides the organization towards the achievement of the objectives.. The same PM will be able to recruit the production team among the organizational units that have expressed the desire to pursue the career of digital marketing specialist. Through this link you will be able to understand the careers currently possible for our project Poker Social Enterprise.

Floor Persons and Dealers in Social Enterprise Poker

The organizational units correspond to the role of floo-rman and dealer, who will keep the traditional tasks also for the poker Champions Crew. Unlike what happens traditionally, in our case study the dealers won’t deal pocket cards. In fact, the software installed on each table will take care of the entire procedure for each stage of the spot. The technological application will allow to finalize some new functions for the dealers engaged to the tables, who will become real referees of the game.

Regarding the floor-men, they basically maintain their traditional function. In the regulatory process of discipline, professionalisation will match that of referee, as for dealers. Physical use will be defined by the different areas of responsibility for which they will be involved during the event.
