Theory of completeness of information in poker

Last week I presented the basic assumptions obtained from the reworking of the “Theory of poker” by David Sklansky according to the paradigm of information. Starting from them I developed the new “Theory of completeness of information in poker”.

From Sklansky’s Theory to the theory of completeness of information in poker

Moving to the application of the notions acquired so far, the elaboration will proceed to the subdivision of the spot in its execution phases, analyzing, the progressive informative influence, going then to identify the value of expressible informative probability.

From the elaboration of the Fundamental Theory of Poker [Sklansky, 1987] and in relation to the presupposed emerged, I have extracted the new “Theory of the completeness of information in poker – TCI”. In summary, this new theory supports the enhancement of abilities, ultimately defining that, the same, can be measured only once they reach the river. Only at this stage, in fact, all the parties involved will have all the information necessary to define the situation.

Measurability of skills

The ability is measurable by the degree of quality of the individual subject involved in the ability to perceive, understand, interpret and process the information gained during the spot, compared to the final goal. The empowerment process saw some articles ago.  According to the logic of the completeness of the information, therefore, every player will be able to obtain 100% of the information available if, and only if, it will come to the river when all the members of the deck will be revealed.
