After having explained the profit’s sharing plan, it is time to present the communication plan that will coordinate relations within the Poker Social Enterprise. The simplification of the organizational structure allows a more streamlined coordination of the activities, putting the PM in direct contact with all the Team Managers, accelerating the processes of transmission of information and related decision-making processes. Each organizational unit can have direct access to the administration with a dedicated email and can contact the HRM for any need.
The role of CEO and Project Manager
All communication activities will be recognized only through the communication channels made available by the parent company and described in the recruitment plan duly read and signed. For those organizational forms that provide the same person for the figure of CEO and PM, it will be possible to further accelerate the communication and decision-making processes, allowing direct end-to-end contact from each individual organizational unit to the CEO. Distinction due, because, otherwise, the PM would be required to know the conditions of engagement of each organizational unit involved in the project.
The nature of the relationships within the Poker Social Enterprise
The cover figure shows the flow diagram, showing the administrative relationships, which give origin to a a rhizome, in which the nodes correspond to the virtual space that every element of the net creates with its own connections, while the latter define the type of relationship between one node and the other.
