With this article we want to present the results of the first six months of the company website www.allinchannel.com, managed by  the dgtransformation.it department.

dgtransformation.it is the business unit of All In Channel Entertainment & Communication s.r.l. dedicated to consulting in the processes of Digital Transformation and access to the digital market.

Goals

All In Channel Entertainment & Communication started its Official Website on 21 June 2021, announced through the Official Press Release. The goal, in this first phase is focused on Awareness and Engagement, in an attempt to reach and involve as many users as possible interested in the proposed topics. The awareness and engagement phase, like all the phases of the Customer Journey, don’t have a defined deadline, but they are active in a permanent way, according to a matrioska process. This is because, each user has their own time to mature certain decisions. The task of dgtransformation.it is exactly to oversee every stage of the User ExperienceUX and to facilitate decision-making processes.

Methodology 

As previously underlined, dgtransformation.it uses the scientific method, starting from the complete analysis of the company under study and of the related product sector. The extraction of the elements of value resulting from the survey, will be the basis of access to the subsequent production phases.

In the specific case related to the company website allinchannel.com, there are two main topics identified during the analysis, concerning the live poker sector: Skill Poker Index and the case study Poker Social Enterprise. Both topics propose a solution to the issue of regulating the discipline of live poker.

The press office activity is entrusted to the All In News editorial staff, with weekly appointments to send information and newsletters to all stakeholders in the sector. In this phase we are operating social activity through only three official channels: Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter. In the coming weeks, thanks to the new publishing activities that will come to life, we will proceed to the editorial reactivation of the Instagram channel and the opening of the Twitch channel.

Outcome 

The results presented below are the result of exclusively organic campaigns, that is, no payment campaigns have been carried out.




Considerations

The analysis of the above reports reveals the following:

  • the total number of views of the allinchannel.com site is still lower than the average results of the main competitors. A deeper analysis reveals an average of 2000 views per month, but growing sharply (+910% – source Analytics);
  • in the given period were reached 1470 users in 65 countries in the world / source Analytics);
  • average duration per session/user equal to 3min and 20sec, resulting in the – best performance from benchmarking analysis (Similarweb source);
  • pages per user visit equal to 4.84, gaining the – first position – in benchmarking analysis (source Analytics – Similarweb);
  • Bounce rate equal to 14%. This is a very important fact, which allows to measure the effectiveness of the content produced, compared to the objectives set. Benchmarking still rewards allinchannel.com, placing it in first place. It’s the metric that in Analytics is called bounce rate, that is, the frequency with which users, once accessed the page, leave it without further browsing the site visited (source – Analytics – Similarweb).
  • 56/44% new/returning users. This is also very satisfactory, but the goal is always perfect.
