The Poker Social Enterprise Communication Plan

The editorial plan offers an holistic vision of the digital strategies adopted by the PM. In the past there have been some competitive experiences of collective level, but they haven’t found fertile ground as structured according to business and marketing strategies typical of individual events.

The Business Model Canvas Communicative

The organization of an event for teams, requires an holistic attention to the poker crew’s missions, and the focus on its strategies. In this perspective, a more qualitative rather than quantitative approach to the mission that the event must propose becomes necessary: a condition that can justify the lack of development of this type of event.

The management of All In Channel E. & C. considered it appropriate to invest in this direction and strategic planning was made through a Business Model Canvas Communicative. It is a model “to be considered as an effective tool and a working methodology to formalize the critical success factors to be used to define a correct communication positioning on digital business channels”. [Cioffi, 2018].

The editorial plan in the Poker Social Enterprise Project

Once strategic assets have been defined and critical success factors identified, they will guide the editorial plan in developing a one-year communication plan that will precede live events. For the first edition the editorial plan will be based on desk analysis only, providing for the integration of field analysis from the second edition onwards. The first phase of the communication campaign will have as main objectives awareness and appeal, that is to reach the largest number of users interested in the topics proposed by the editorial plan. Therefore, the media content will be entirely dedicated to providing all the information necessary to understand the founding values of the new and innovative live formats proposed. All planned formats will be developed by the organizational units that will form the working teams of each individual project.

The activities presented in the Case Study will follow the phases of the customer journey typical of online users, offering value content in line with the maturation of the user.
