Ultimately, according to the research results, the precariousness of the organizational roles interested in organizing live events of Texas Hold’em poker, is attributable to the particular situation of non-regulation of the industry. Factor that also affects the quality of the individual perception of the vast majority of the actors involved in their being and appearing a professional in the sector. What just stated, leads to reflection on issues related to the pandemic, which have pushed very many dealers and floor persons of the highest professional level to leave permanently the business, because of the lack of legal recognition that guaranteed the state intervention of emergency for the category.
