Pietro Semeraro, CEO of the company, has discussed the topic in his dissertation-thesis illustrating the case study “Poker Social Enterprise”, with which he introduces, pioneering in the poker business, the new model of organizational structure based on the concept of “Community of Practice” of Etienne Wenger (2006), on the implementation of a digital transformation process of all production procedures – which will be completed with the introduction of the next digital tables – and assisted by the adoption of exclusively digital driven business strategies. In addition to this, there is a clear will to put skill in the foreground compared to randomness, in order to get recognition from the CONI, as a sport.

In the same scientific elaboration, in fact, the CEO of the publishing company proposes the introduction of a new model of live Texas Hold’em poker events Pro level, governed by the Skill Poker Index, modulators of the padia and ludus components – in favor of the latter – intrinsic to any game or sport. On the occasion of the first stop in program, the empirical phase of the scientific study will be initiated, but more information will be provided in the upcoming days. Also in this case, the editorial plan will help to provide all the information needed to understand the new theories of communication applied to the sector and the game poker Texas Hold’em.
